Logisship Logistics Company – Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. “Logisship” refers to Logisship Logistics Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents.

1.2. “Client” refers to any individual, company, or entity engaging Logisship’s logistics services.

1.3. “Services” refers to logistics and freight forwarding services provided by Logisship, including but not limited to transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and distribution.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. Logisship agrees to provide logistics services as agreed upon with the Client, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.2. Specific details of services, including timelines, costs, and delivery specifications, will be outlined in separate agreements or quotations agreed upon by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. The Client shall provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services by Logisship.

3.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the goods being transported or handled by Logisship.

3.3. The Client shall promptly notify Logisship of any changes or modifications to shipment details, schedules, or requirements.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment terms shall be as agreed upon in writing between Logisship and the Client.

4.2. Invoices issued by Logisship shall be payable within the agreed-upon timeframe from the date of invoice.

4.3. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate specified by Logisship or as permitted by law.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. Logisship shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing services but shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, strikes, or government actions.

5.2. Logisship recommends that the Client obtains appropriate insurance coverage for goods transported or stored through Logisship’s services.

6. Claims and Disputes

6.1. Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted to Logisship in writing within a reasonable timeframe after delivery or discovery of the issue, as specified by applicable law.

6.2. Logisship will investigate claims promptly and may request supporting documentation or evidence from the Client.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate services with written notice to the other party, subject to the terms and conditions of any existing agreements.

7.2. Logisship reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these terms and conditions or fails to make payments as agreed.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of their business relationship.

8.2. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

10. Miscellaneous
